'What countries do you ship to?

At present we only ship within Australia. As time goes by, our shipping options will expand so that we can provide a better shopping experience for everyone.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, bank transfer and money order to make payment a breeze

How long do I have to pay?

Payment is required immediately.

Do you combine postage?

Yes, we always strive to give you the most cost effective postage pricing saving you money.

When will my order be posted?

We ensure all items are posted within 24 hours (usually sooner) of your payment clearing so you get your new item sooner.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times  will vary depending on your location and local postal services.  Pleaseconsider using express post if you need an item urgently.

 

Do you have a return policy?

We are certain you are going to love your items however in the unlikely event that what you receive is significantly different from the item description, then please contact us to arrange an exchange or return within 30 days.
